Greg has a long term relationship with the "Advisory Partnership Operating Executives"
who share a common goal of working with owner/managers to build value in portfolio companies.
Pasadena Capital Partners will tap the expertise and experience of these proven
investment, financial and operating executives through these Advisory Partnership Operating Executives
specific to each investment, which will differentiate
the Fund by enhancing its ability to assist portfolio companies in building
equity value by implementing financial planning disciplines, achieving
operational improvements and evaluating growth opportunities. The Firm
will select executives based upon their industry expertise and personality
fit with the portfolio company’s owner/managers. In most cases, one of
the executives from the Advisory Partnership Operating Executives will serve on the portfolio
company’s board of directors as the Advisory Partnership Director along
with a senior Firm representative.
Gregory J. Annick, Senior Managing Director and President
Greg has focused on leveraged buyout investing for 20 years. Prior to
founding Pasadena Capital Partners, he was a Partner for eight years at
Los Angeles-based leveraged buyout firm Leonard Green & Partners, L.P.,
which managed over $1.7 billion of private equity capital. Greg joined
LGP upon its formation in 1989, was made a principal in 1992 and became
a partner in 1994. He previously worked at merchant-banking firm Gibbons,
Green, van Amerongen in Los Angeles, and in mergers and acquisitions at
Goldman, Sachs & Co. in London, England and New York City. Greg received
